Hotel V... is a 17th-century manor house in the enchanting Andalusian village of Vejer de la Frontera. Restored and decorated in a contemporary style, while maintaining a classic, mature ambience, the result is a cool hip hotel from which to explore the pretty village of Vejer, the beaches of El Palmar and the delights of southern Spain. Wonderfully-appointed in fine fabrics with a fabulous use of stonework, wood and glass, this 12-bedroom gem is a warm and inviting hideaway, perfect for a romantic retreat.

As soon as you step through the tall ebony and glass doors, the inviting and luminous entryway of this small luxury hotel transmits a sense of peace and tranquility. Well known architect and visionary Richard Meyer once said: Light is the essence of life". Using this quote as a constant reminder, owner and designer, Jean van Gysel brought the outside in, and the inside out, thus enhancing the color changes taking place during the day and during the different seasons.

Activities

Enjoy the picturesque sights of Vejer while wandering through the historical part of town, or relax on the white sandy beaches of El Palmar, just a few minutes away. Hotel V... organizes tailor-made exclusive activities such as hunting trips for big game and red legged partridge, polo clinics for beginners to advanced players, exceptional golf outings, and wine-tasting classes upon request.

Dining

Breakfast can be served either in the guest's room, on the patio, in the cozy saloon, or on the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Hotel V... also offers its guests delicious tapas, a great selection of Spanish wines as well as a surprising menu of exclusive waters from all over the world. Custom prepared dinners can be arranged and served on the beautiful candlelit 17th-century patio.
