Located on the Croatian Island of Brac this traditional stone villa is one of the finest properties on the unspoilt Dalmatian Riviera. Newly renovated, this is the perfect self-catering villa for groups of friends or family. Positioned in a sheltered bay the villa benefits from direct access to the pristine Adriatic and stunning South facing panoramic views of the Dalmatian islands. If absolute comfort, elegance, and relaxation are your requirements, Villa Rosemarine is the supreme waterfront villa rental. Built from the same white stone as used in the construction of the American Whitehouse and Liverpool's Catholic Cathedral, the villa has recently been updated to a high standard providing accommodation for up to 14 people over 3 levels. With an intimate atmosphere and luxurious surroundings brimming with character and charm, and within walking distance from the picturesque fishing harbour of Sumartin, Villa Rosemarine is suitable for a wide variety of ages and personalities. In this glorious setting with its century old trees, the manager and her staff extend the warmest of welcomes to each and every guest.

Accommodation

Recently entirely renovated throughout, the villa is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. All bedrooms are individually decorated using soft colours and furnished using lush fabrics and white Egyptian cotton linens individually controlled air conditioning and heating can be found in all the rooms. A daily made service will prepare beds and clean as well as provide a turn down service in the evening.

Activities

Facilities at the villa include a host of books, board games, home cinema system, stereo system, satellite TV, fishing equipment, snorkelling equipment, Jacuzzi, Xbox, table tennis, moorings etc Subject to availability guests can organise with the house manager to rent the resident speed boat and water sports equipment and visit nearby secluded beaches. Alternatively the house manager can organise for scuba diving equipment to be brought to the villa. If you can tear yourself away from the villa, there are opportunities to visit the cultural sites of the island as well as the ancient cities of Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik. The fashionable resort of Bol with its famous beach is just a short drive or boat ride away. Other activities on the island include Tennis, paragliding, windsurfing, sailing, Kite surfing.

Dining

On request the villa can be fully or partially catered. The cook can provide a menu with Dalmatian specialities cooked with fresh and regional ingredients as well as a daily breakfast service. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Guests have the choice of dining inside or alfresco. Alternatively guests can sample some of the local restaurants nearby.

Rates at Villa Rosemarine are for the whole villa per week. The villa can sleep up to 14 plus 1 baby cot.

A 20% security deposit is charged on top of this rate – this is returned directly after the booking completion if there are no damages.

  • Distance from Airport: 2 hours (incl. 40 min ferry transfer to Supetar).
  • Additional Info: The Island of Brac has its own small international airport which may be suitable for private jets. The nearest large scale commercial airport is Split. 45 minutes by ferry. Detailed directions are available. Transfers can be arranged.
