Little Whale Cay: A stunning, completely private island in the heart of the Bahamas with white sand beaches, sub-tropical landscaped gardens, turquoise lagoons and coral reefs. Having it's own 2,000 ft private landing strip means it's only a short hop from Nassau or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The small coral-stone church, where the island's owners were married, is now available for guest's weddings. With a staff of twelve and a high-speed satellite internet connection, you can keep up-to-date with the happenings of the world outside, whilst enjoying the luxury and seclusion of this timeless island hideaway.

Accommodation

Available for parties of up to 12 people, the 93 acre island accommodates guests in Little Whale House and two romantic guest cottages.

Activities

With an infinity-edged swimming pool overlooking the sea, gym, massage decks, tennis court, harbour and flotilla of boats for island-hopping, deep-sea or bone fishing, cruising or water sports, this exclusive paradise is known for it's unspoilt elegance and charm.

Rates

The minimum stay is 5 nights at all times, except holiday periods when the minimum stay is 7 nights. Rates include accommodation, food, drinks (including spirits and house wines), the use of all Island facilities, boats, fuel, all telephone calls and WiFi internet connection in each Guest House. Staff gratuities are not included nor is Bahamian room tax. A 15% additional charge is made to cover both of these.

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is due on signing the Island Rental Contract. The balance, plus a security deposit of 10% is due 6 weeks before arrival. All payments should be made by international bank transfer. All deposits are non-refundable as they are received. The 25% combining the security deposit, room tax and staff gratuities deposit is refundable within 30 days of departure. If any deposit remains due after its due date, Little Whale Cay has the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and all payments will be forfeited.
