About this Chic Retreat

Baan Pra Nond B & B is ideally located in the centre of Bangkok. What was once home to a Supreme Court Judge, is now the newest small boutique hotel to open in Thailand's capital. On passing her grandfathers house every day on the way to work Tasma Cotsmire dreamt of turning this 70-year old house into a chic retreat and after persuading the rest of her family her dream has finally come true. A year's careful planning and restorations has resulted in a small charming retreat from the hustle & bustle of the city. Tasma personally oversees every attention to detail throughout Baan Pra Nond ensuring that nothing is overlooked or is too much trouble.

Accommodation

All of the 9 rooms at Baan Pra Nond have a fresh, contemporary feel, without being stark or too modern. Room 3 is the largest room and has a king size bed, and sitting area as well as a private balcony that overlooks the pool area. Room 4 is the only room with a private balcony that leads directly onto the pool area. The rooms featured flat screen TVs, DVD players, WIFI and air-conditioning.

Activities

There are plenty of things to see and do within minutes of Baan Pra Nond including markets, shopping, night bazaars, food markets and cultural attractions such as the Sri Maha Mariamman and Yannawa Temple. River cruises and bicycle tours can also be arranged.

Dining

There is a large variety of restaurants to choose from in Bangkok with many different cuisines. A wide choice of restaurants and bars are within walking distance of Baan Pra Nond and Tasma can recommend some of her favourites. If a snack is what you are after, why not try some Thai delicacies from the hawker stalls on the street.

Rates

Rates at Baan Pra Nond are per room per night including breakfast, 10% service charge and 7 % VAT. An extra bed is only availabe for the Master Suite (rm 3). Monthly rates are available on request.
