El Gordo is a small boutique hotel which is a haven of relaxation in the popular village of Trancoso. This small intimate hotel is a haven of relaxation and the ideal escape for those looking to enjoy great food and stunning beaches. Accommodation

Lovingly and beautifully decorated the 12 rooms are simple and charming. All of the rooms are en-suite and have Flat Screen TVs, CD and DVD players and mosquito nets.

Activities

Fine white sandy beaches are still just as the Portuguese sailors found them with the addition of a handful of secluded beach bars and restaurants which make the Costa do Descubrimento (coast of discovery) an unforgettable location. The swimming pool has stunning views across the village and the coast.

Dining

The restaurant at Pousada El Gordo serves both international and Portuguese cuisinse and has the same stunning panoramic views as the pool.

Rates

Rates are per room per night including breakfast and exclude a 10% tax. 0-2 year olds stay free.
