Located on the rocky coastline of the Costa del Sol, a short drive from the beach, DDG Retreat is a charming boutique hotel made up of just 5 casas and a luxury villa. Private and intimate, it is a great choice for romancing couples, and can be rented exclusively for small groups and older families.

DDG Retreat is very much geared towards grown-ups. It is a perfect hideaway for those who like their surroundings un-touristy and their spa treatments sumptuous. Surrounded by a sweeping vista of mountains, farmland and the glittering Mediterranean, this boutique hotel is a peaceful and quiet reprieve from urban life.

Accommodation

With just 5 casas and a five-bedroom villa the quiet and refined atmosphere of this boutique hotel means that it is more suited to couples and groups (though children over 11 are accepted). Each casa enjoys complete privacy with its own amenities, sweeping sea views and has been built with strong eco-principles. Outdoor terraces, precious antiques, and luxurious furnishings are a feature of each; the larger have separate living areas, kitchenettes and gardens. The largest casa is Casa Oliva which has 2 double bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces with panoramic views. It also has its own kitchen, chill out zone, sun loungers and BBQ.

Villa Daria is the most luxurious of this boutique hotel's accommodations. The villa and the casas share an infinity pool which is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. Three of its 5 double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, whilst the living room comes complete with a plasma-screen television and working fireplace. The kitchen leads out onto a lovely private porch area, complete with BBQ and Jacuzzi tub. In addition, Villa Daria, along with Casa Pino have air-conditioning and Casa Pino has its own private plunge pool.

Activities

DDG Retreat prides itself on its spa treatments. The spa is tucked away in the tropical garden, and offers a range of massages, facials, reiki tretments and and body wraps. There are tennis courts, a lovely pool area and a gym on-site.

Dining

Some of the casas offer their own kitchens, but all can accommodate private dining, arranged by staff. For a romantic treat, take dinner by the candlelit infinity pool or out on the terraces.

Rates

Rates at DDG Retreats villas are per villa per night. Each villa can also be taken on a nightly basis with hotel services ie. breakfast, daily cleaning, change of bedlinen every 3 days, ice basket and daily mineral water and afternoon tea. Rates start at 190 EUR per night.

Cancellation policy

20% non-refundable deposit is paid. If booking is cancelled a week before arrival full balance is retained. If booking is cancelled to due to major circumstances beyond their control, clients can come back to stay again during any period of time.
