About this Chic Retreat

A better view would be hard to find than the views enjoyed from Casa Privata or Ca' P'a as it is known by its regulars. The sea can be seen from every angle of this small private hotel and the gentle lapping of the waves against the rocks can be heard throughout the house. Casa Privata is a great place to come both during high and low season, with outdoor living enjoyed all year round. There are some steep steps at Casa Privata which guests learn to manage and even enjoy by the end of their stay!

Accommodation

Casa Privata is a private place to come. There are just 6 elegant rooms including 2 suites. All rooms have views of the sea and the islands beyond.

Activities

The garden is an extension of the house. The famous Belgian landscape Architect Jacques Wirtz has designed 5000 square metres of open house space with fountains, roses and stone benches. Guests can enjoy a dip into the sea and relax on the lounge chairs reached by a series of steps by the water's edge. Plans for the garden include a seawater swimming pool.

Dining

Such is the style of this little gem, there are no restaurant services. This doesn't mean of course that anyone goes hungry at Casa Privata; breakfast is available 24 hours a day and plenty of fruit is always available.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation or any change in your reservation must be received by us via fax or e-mail at least 21 days prior to arrival date. In case of no show or late cancellation, for bookings exceeding 3 nights there will be a charge of 60% of the nights booked. For bookings less than 3 nights we will charge the actual days booked. In case of delayed arrival there will be a charge for any missing nights from your reservation booking. In case of early departure, Casa Privata will charge for the days stayed plus a cancellation fee of up to three nights of your original reservation. If you booked more than one room Casa Privata have to receive your cancellation one month prior to your arrival.
