Deposit of 20% of accommodation package is required to secure your reservation. Full payment of accommodation is required five days before arrival. Cancellation or amendments made within 14 (fourteen) days of arrival date without prior notice, will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room rate plus 21% service and tax.
Cancellations or amendments made within 7 (seven) days of the arrival date or no show without prior notice, will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to (the number of night booked) x (room rate) plus 21% service and tax.
