Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made within 5 days prior to the day of arrival, 50% of the total room cost will be charged. Please note we will make every effort to re-let the room and if successful, no charge will be incurred. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total room cost will be deducted, again, unless the room is re-let. For an exclusive group booking, a deposit of 50% of the total room cost is required.
