Cancellation Policy
a. If you cancel prior to 15 days from the arrival date you will lose the deposit.
b. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival date you will be liable for the entire amount of the booking, which will be debited from their card.
c. If Casa Howard is able to fill the room you will be returned part or all the booking charge (according to the number of nights CH is able to sell) and only retain the bank commissions (10-30 Euros).
