Chateau de la Couronne is a rarity. It is a boutique hotel that is peaceful and relaxing without being isolated, it sits in its own park on the edge of a typically French village, close to the lively city of Angouleme. Beds at this contemporary boutique hotel are large and luxurious, with crisp white cotton linen, while some suites interconnect to provide space for a family. Each suite has a huge bathroom - some with turrets, some with two baths, but all ridiculously luxurious places to relax.

There are 5 acres of private parkland at Château de la Couronne, complete with relaxation areas and swimming pool. Breakfast is served in the Château dining hall or if you prefer al fresco on the terrace. Larger parties can pre-arrange professionally catered meals. An honesty bar operates 24hrs in one of the 3 salons, and each suite has its own chiller stocked with Champagne, Wines and Soft Drinks. Numerous restaurants are within 10km of Château de la Couronne, the nearest is just 500 metres away. Angouleme’s old quarter, buzzing with activity is just 24km away.
