L'Auberge Basque is a contemporary boutique hotel created by Cédric Béchade who originally fell in love with the Basque Country over 10 years ago and since then he has always vowed to come back. In 2006 he fulfilled his dream and bought and totally renovated L'Auberge Basque into a stunning small contemporary hotel serviced by a dedicated, young and energetic team of staff.

The style throughout the rooms is soft, the ambience warm and the service fantastic. The 9 rooms and 2 suites at L'Auberge Basque are all decorated differently by Flamant Home Interiors. All of the rooms are en-suite and have large showers, flat screen TV and antique wooden floors. Some have balconies and others have terraces with views of the unspoilt countryside. There are 2 suites with private terraces.
Dining
Cédric Béchade's exceptional talent in the kitchen is a result of over 13 years extremely hard work in different kitchens, under different chefs (including Alain Ducasse). The result is a menu of attractive, tasty, simple and elegant dishes using Basque Country products.
