Minimum 2 nights stay at weekends and 3 nights on Bank Holiday weekends. Rates are per room per night and include breakfast and VAT. Children over 8 years old are accepted. Closed Christmas day and Boxing day.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation 8 or more days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeit unless we are able to re-let the room.
For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, whilst every effort will be made to re-let the room, guests will be required to pay the full booking cost if the room remains vacant.
For all cancellations - if we succeed in re-letting the room for the whole period we will refund all the monies paid less an administrative charge of 10%. If we only succeed in re-letting the room for part of the period booked we shall refund an amount equal to the money paid by the guest less (1) the rental for the period which is not re-let and (2) an administrative charge of 10%.
