There are 12 Georgian-style cottages at Strawberry Hill including one bedrooms, studios and deluxe villas. The 19th-century Georgian architecture creates a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. The beds are made from Mahogany and are mostly four-poster draped with a canopy of muslin netting. The French doors with louvered windows lead onto the private verandahs. Jamaican art and photographs decorate the wall and the bathrooms are simply furnished with deep baths and hand-glazed tiles. The turndown here is charming; a bath ritual card and a scented candle is prepared every evening really making you feel pampered. Each day fresh fruit, assorted local delicacies and fresh lemon basil water are left in your room.

The Aveda spa is tucked away in a private corner and it benefits from the stunning views of the rest of this boutique hotel, which stretch out across the mountains and the sea. On arrival the highly trained therapists determine the best treatments for you and customise your own aroma using plant and flower essences. Through aroma, breath, and touch, you will reconnect with a natural state of harmony and peace that creates healthy skin, body and mind. Futons, skipping ropes and free weights are available to complement the Yoga Pavilion, plunge pool and sauna.
