The program includes:
- One 2 nights stay in rooms 25-35 mtr2. All rooms come with 600 gram cotton bathrobes, LCD TV and WI-FI internet connection. The hotel has terraces in three levels where you can gaze out before the panoramic view of Valparaiso. The rooms are equipped with one King size bed or two twin beds (each 1, 2 mts wide).
- As a welcoming gesture, there will be a bottle of wine and flowers in the room upon arrival.
- Breakfast served in bed: Tea, coffee, chocolate / Various types of cereals and yoghurt / Newly squeezed fresh orange juice, other varieties of juices / Several types of bread / Eggs, with or without bacon or ham / Ham, cheese, avocado, marmalades, and fresh fruit and sweet pie.
- For the special occasion, a dozen of oysters and a bottle of champagne will be served on our terraces.
- An evening snack at the end of the day. This varies one day to the other, but generally it includes olives, fresh cheese, ham, pâté, and almonds.
- Late Check Out subject to availability.

Notes :
- Rates displayed in USD do not include VAT. Non residential foreigners with less than 6 months in the country don’t pay VAT. The rates can not be combined with other promotions or during New Year’s Eve.

- Payment Conditions: In order to confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total program value is required. This can be paid through electronic transference, direct bank account deposit, or via credit card.
- Cancellation Conditions: The booking can be cancelled with 15 days of anticipation without any penalties. Between 15 days and 72 hours 30% of the total booking will be charged, and between 72 hours and the booking date the entire amount will be charged subject to booking penalties.

Hotel Detail
Zero hotel is a small chic hotel located at Cerro Alegre, on Lautaro Rosas street, and is probably the best small boutique hotel in Valparaíso. While Lautaro Rosas is a quiet street, Zero hotel is not only walking distance from most of the best restaurants but also all of the main tourist attractions in town.

Accommodation - 9 Rooms
Wooden floors, bricks, stones and original doors blend beautifully with the contemporary furniture that has been carefully chosen throughout. Each of the 9 spacious rooms benefits from natural light and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The sheets are 400 yarn Egyptian cotton and an alpaca bed spread is provided in each room. Four of the rooms have an open view of the Bay, and 5 in the Colores category with views of the cheerful surrounding streets. With rarely more than 15 guests staying at this chic boutique hotel at any one time Zero Hotel has the feel of a private house. WIFI is provided as standard as is cable TV with flat screen TV.
Activities
There is an outdoor jacuzzi and complimentary yoga sessions on the terraces during Spring and Summer. Reiki and Reflexology can be arranged on request. Guided Tour can be organised with bi-lingual guides.
