Sugar Hotel & Spa is a seriously chic, luxurious & spacious boutique hotel. Few hip hotels this intimate and discreet can boast such an array of services; restaurant, bar, spa, pool, wifi, wine shop and on-site parking and unlike other small chic hotels it accepts children of all ages.

Accommodation - 7 rooms

Each of the 7 luxurious rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, 32 inch LCD TVs, a DVD sound system, satellite TV and a super cool silent glass-front minibar. International plugs and cordless phones come as standard as does complimentary WIFI. The bathrooms have under-floor heating, double glass basins, separate shower and bath and a dedicated filtered tap water for drinking. There is even a dedicated family room. The Sugar Hotel has ensured that every possible box has been ticked - quite a feat for a boutique hotel with less than 10 rooms.

The Sugar Spa has 2 treatments rooms where guests can be pampered with Hot Stone Therapy, massages, Reflexology, Aromatherapy along with Pedicures & Manicures. The internationally acclaimed skin care products Dermalogica and Essie are used where appropriate.

Rates for 2010

Rates at Sugar Hotel and Spa are per room per night. Single occupancy prices are at a lower rate. Rates include 14% VAT, secure parking and complimentary WiFi. Breakfast is charged at ZAR 110 for a Full English and ZAR 75 for a Continental. Additional beds for those sharing with 2 full paying persons are between ZAR 240-750. A minimum stay of 4 nights applies between 25 December and 2 January. A 20% deposit is required to secure all reservations. The balance is to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, the balance must be paid within 3 working days and within 1 week of arrival, the balance must be paid in full immediately.

Cancellation Policy
The 20% deposit is only refundable if the reservations is cancelled at least 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival will be charged 0% cancellation fee. 21-15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% cancellation fee. 14-8 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation fee. 7-0 daysand early departures will be charged 100% cancellation fee. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.

Payment by credit card will incur an additional charge of 3% on Matercard or Visa and 5% on Amex and Dinners to cover bank commission.
